Integrated polygonal rotary cage dvided into 3 separatecompartments makes the garment dyeing more even.Low liquor ratio saves water, steam and auxiliaries cost,the labor cost for sorting diferent fabric pieces can alsobe saved.

While the cage is rotating, the inside garments turn overby gravity. There' s no need for big current shot. So nodamage, no tangle will occur and there' s less creaseproblem.

Advanced automatic control system ensures highre-productivity and dyeing quality. Central control &chemical feeding, remote monitor, online data monitorare also available.

Max. Working temperature of Model MGD is 102°C;

Max. Working temperature of Model HGD is 140*C;

Its pre-dehydration function can reduce rinsing times,save time and water. More convenient for garmentsunloading.

Double braking system ensures accurate positioningand safety when loading and unloading the garments.
