PRODUCT FEATURES

This machine is suitable for the pre and post treatment of cotton, wool, atificial wool, acrylic fiber and blended yarn. One time load-ing can complete many dyeing and finishing process like swelling, refining, bleaching, dyeing and softening

Adjustable spacing between yarn hangers, suitable for various lengths of hank yarn.

Adopt accurate positive and negative rotation controller, automati-cally change the circulation direction of dye liquid, ensure leveling yarn dyeing.

Excellent design of circulating water pump and the multi-stage various speed pulley is adopted to meet different types of hank yarn dyeing process.

Two machines can be used in series to reduce color difference from batch to batch.

Maximum working temperature: 98°C

Heating gradient: 20°C ~98°C approx. 30minutes(dry saturated steam pressure at 6kg/cm)

Cooling gradient: 98°C- 80°C approx. 15minutes(cooling water pressure at 3kg/cm2)
