PRODUCT FEATURES

This machine is suitable for the bleaching, refining, dyeing, wash-ing and finishing of single strand thin yarn, rayon, mercerized cotton yarn, spun silk, pure silk, fancy yarn and cashmere.

This machine adopts the special designed pump of low energy consumption and high flow rate, which improves the cavitation resistance of the pump, and solves the problem that the low water spray quantity of the traditional type machine affects the dyeing quality at high temperature.

The latest weir flow spray pipe is very durable. The dyed tube is integrated with the yarn shift tube, and the dyed yarn has abso-lutely no entanglement or knot. It is easy to rewinding after dyeing, and the loss rate is low.

Specially designed water regulator can adjust water quantity arbi-trarily according to the dyeing yarn quantity, type and the number of yarn branches.

After structure optimization, the liquor ratio of the machine is reduced to 1: 6~1:10, which helps save water and reduce cost.
